Hotel Information

The conference will be held in the Marriott Marquis, one of New York City's finest hotels, located in the middle of Times Square in the Theatre District. We have negotiated highly competitive rates with the Marriott for a room block which is available until 13 July 2012. Please reserve early, as the room block size is limited, particularly for the days prior to the start of the conference.

The basic room rate is $279 US (before taxes) and $324 (including taxes). Other upgraded rooms are also available at competitive rates. We are pleased to announce that this rate includes complimentary internet access.
